During my Christmas stay, I really liked the fact that the hotel had a wide variety of dining options, catering to all types of palettes. the food was delicious and the service was impeccable. Another aspect that I appreciated was the hotel's convenient location. It was close to several attractions and shopping areas, making it easy for me to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service, which was a great convenience.
There were a couple of things that I didn't like about my stay. the check-in process was quite slow and it took a long time for me to get my room keys.

Additionally, the hotel had excellent facilities such as a concierge and a cafe to enjoy a cup of coffee.
The customer service could have been better, as there was a delay in getting my room upon check-in.

The front desk staff, especially Jesse from Taiwan, was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. The location was convenient, within walking distance to other casinos. The check-in process was smooth, and the hotel staff were friendly. a positive experience.
